About these terms

These terms apply when you use the website, apps and services of Peacro Technologies Africa (Pvt) Ltd ("Peacro"), including connectivity services, OpenPost, PlayIt and PaySpot. By using them, you agree to these terms. Some services may have additional terms, which we'll share with you.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your log-in details private and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Using our services

• Use our services lawfully and don't use them to harm others or our networks.
• Don't share, resell or tamper with services or equipment unless we've agreed in writing.
• Content you post on OpenPost or PlayIt must be yours to share and must not break the law or others' rights.

Payments

Prices, packages and fees are confirmed when you order. Vouchers and prepaid services are generally non-refundable once used. Merchant and agent arrangements are covered by separate agreements.

Equipment and installation

Quotes are given after a site survey. Equipment remains our property until paid for in full, unless agreed otherwise.

Service availability

We work hard to keep services running, but connectivity can be affected by weather, power, third-party networks and other factors outside our control. We'll restore service as quickly as we reasonably can.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Peacro is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Zimbabwean consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here and update the date above.
